If you are in the air and do not have an Exhaustion Token beside your Creature when you reveal a Green Maneuver on your Maneuver Dial, you may disable this Upgrade to perform a Pivot Maneuver. If you do so, place a Pivot Token beside your Creature, you recieve the normal penalties for choosing a Pivot Maneuver and also cannot change altitude for the rest of this round.
